Absolutely blown away with the service received from Hugh. Replied straight away. Was happy to come collect from West Lothian. I was only looking to get 1 sofa done but after seeing how great the larger sofa looked Iv decided to get the other one done. They look brand new, possibly even better than when they were brand new. There service is first class. Asked if I had an idea of the sizes of the cushions which I gave. Said what the price would be approximately. Phoned to say when they would arrived at the house to pick the cushions up. I informed then when they came to pick them up I measured one wrong and I would accept the new price.
Gave me a call to say they had managed to do them sooner than they thought and delivered them the day after they had received them. 5 stars from me they were Friendly and professional. Would recommend and I would use them again.

My Mother and I have both used Advanced Upholstery several times over many years to reupholster sofas and armchairs. The results have always been excellent. The furniture was given a new lease of life and looked as good as new. Thank you very much, Hugh, for your reliable, perfect service. Audrey and Hugh were a joy to work with. I had my much loved sofa and 2 ebay purchased mid century chairs fully reupholstered. Audrey showed extreme patience with my fabric decision and really engaged in my design decisions and actually came out to my house twice with her fabric books to accommodate my working pattern. The pick ups and drops off were exactly as promised and the final workmanship was excellent. They have a good range of fabrics and the prices were very reasonable. I am so pleased I took the punt to save my sofa!

I went in to this business to ask if they could help and everything was explained fully and I was shown the materials that would be used. I took my old cushions in on Monday afternoon and my new cushions were made and finished to a very high standard by Tuesday morning. Called Advanced Upholstery Services last week and arranged for them to sort out our sofa cushions. Took one set down this morning and got them back within 2 hours, took the second set down and again got them back in record time. Great service - they couldn’t have been more helpful, great prices and very friendly staff! I would definitely recommend trying them out for yourself, they’ve certainly given our sofa a new lease of life!

Replacement seat pads have made our old sofas look and feel better than when brand new and they advised against additional items which we didn't need. I had a problem with my Marks and Spencer Abbey settee. Hugh the owner and upholsterer was very friendly and helpful on email and on the phone to solve this problem. He even made a special trip to my house to double check I was completely happy.The professionalism and honesty I cant praise highly enough. I would say Hugh and his staff are a 5 star plus Company. We needed 6 dining room chairs reupholstered as the original leather covers were starting to crack. We called in at Advanced Upholstery Services and chose a suitable material and were given a fixed price.Our chairs were uplifted on the Monday morning and we did not expect them back until the Friday. However we received a phone call on the Tuesday morning to tell us our chairs were ready. They were delivered within an hour of the phone call.We were delighted with the first class job that had been done and with the overall service provided.We would definitely recommend Advanced Upholstery Services.

Hugh did a fantastic job reupholstering our sofas. He is very professional to deal with and his attention to detail is second to none. His prices are fair and delivery times are excellent. He collects and delivers your items with his colleague Tam (Sovereign Van & Driver Hire) both taking extra care when entering and leaving your property not to mark any floors or walls etc. We highly recommend using Advanced Upholstery and Sovereign services! 👍
